TUNDS is celebrating the 70th anniversary of the iconic DISA lamp by releasing a design from its original edition\u2014a replica of the 1954 creation, but now made with a completely new production process.<\/p>\n
At the same time, we are introducing a Limited Edition of only 70 units of this first version, each with a serial number engraved on all the lamp\u2019s components (frame, rings, and canopy). Each lamp is shipped disassembled in an exclusive box, also engraved with the serial number of the unit inside, to recreate the original experience as it was conceptually envisioned by the renowned architect.<\/p>\n
Rafael Salvador, the great-nephew of Coderch, faithfully preserves the architect\u2019s lighting legacy through TUNDS. After five editions and subtle improvements over time, the concept and form of the original DISA have remained unchanged, becoming a signature piece of Catalan and Spanish design; captivating and inspiring new generations.<\/p>\n
